Honglu reviews the workpiece, weld requirements, project conditions and commercial context before defining a proposal.
You may name a preferred robot direction or ask Honglu to evaluate the available information. If important details are missing, the engineering or commercial team may request clarification before a quotation is prepared.
A project quotation is issued by Honglu after the relevant technical scope, included items, responsibilities and commercial assumptions are sufficiently defined.

- Material information, plate thickness, joint preparation and fit-up condition.

Digital and visual information
- Drawing revision and three-dimensional model format when available.
- Images of normal assembly, fixtures, loading and difficult local details.
- Clear file names that connect each drawing, image or model to the representative workpiece.
Site and project conditions
- Proposed equipment area, loading method and relevant site constraints.
- Production mix and important variation between workpiece families.
