Send drawings, models or photos. Our engineers check the welds and recommend a station. We reply within one business day. Our software and hardware engineers join the evaluation to confirm your part types and welding requirements.

Training: Operators, Not Programmers
Because the stations are teachless, your operators load parts and start jobs rather than programming the robot. They learn to run the station in 1–5 days.
- Loading jobs from the model or the QR code on the part label.
- Starting, monitoring and checking welds.
- Simple teach mode for special welds and touch-ups.
- Daily checks and routine maintenance of the torch and station.
One trained operator runs 3–6 stations.
Spare Parts and After-Sales Support
Spare parts
Spare parts are quoted separately from the station, so you only pay for what you need.
When you order, choose a spare-parts package sized to how hard you will run the station. Most customers choose one year’s worth, some choose two years, and some prefer to buy parts as needed.
We list the recommended parts and quantities in your quotation.
Consumables and spare parts are kept in stock, so we can supply them promptly.
Support after start-up
Our engineers support your team remotely by email and video call. Send photos, videos or error messages and we help you find and fix the problem.
If an engineer needs to visit your workshop, the visit is arranged and quoted separately. Warranty terms are set out in your contract.
Preparing Your Workshop
With the proposal you receive the site requirements for your station. Typical items to prepare:
- Floor space and a level foundation for the rail or cantilever frame.
- Electrical power for the robot and welding power source.
- Shielding gas supply.
- Compressed air for the torch-cleaning station.
- A crane or other handling to load and unload parts.

- Bring the gas and power supply lines to the station and provide supports for cables and pipes.
- For installation and commissioning, have lifting equipment, a welder and a fitter available to assist.

- 1 operator who can use a computer and CAD software.
- 1 mechanical maintenance technician and 1 electrical maintenance technician.
