Project-specific support planning
Project Support for Structural Steel Welding Robots
Support begins with clear technical and commercial inputs, then develops through review, clarification and agreed project documents.
Project path
Define support around the reviewed project
Installation, training, remote assistance, spare parts and warranty terms are discussed for the individual project rather than offered as one universal package.
- 01
Inquiry review
Identify the customer, representative workpiece, purchasing context and information already available. This establishes the next questions; it does not confirm configuration or suitability.
- 02
Technical clarification
Review workpiece dimensions, joints, weld positions, material, assembly variation, fixtures and torch access. Record open questions and exceptions separately.
- 03
Project proposal and quotation
Define the reviewed technical scope, proposed configuration, included items, exclusions, customer inputs and commercial assumptions in project documents.
- 04
Pre-installation planning
Review site space, access, floor or foundation conditions, loading, utilities, nearby equipment and the responsibility split before installation planning.
- 05
Installation and training discussion
Define activities, prerequisites, responsible parties and acceptance steps around the selected configuration and the actual site.
- 06
Remote support, spare parts and warranty discussion
Discuss the required support route from the supplied configuration, issue information, operating priorities and applicable commercial documents.
Responsibilities
Make the project boundary explicit
Support is clearer when Honglu, the customer and any local contractors can see their responsibilities in the reviewed project documents.
Customer-provided drawings, models, site data and operating conditions need to describe the agreed review accurately. Changes to the workpiece, layout, utilities or acceptance requirements should be raised before they affect the proposed scope.
Items outside the agreed configuration or responsibility matrix require a separate discussion.
Customer preparation
Information for a useful support discussion
Submit the inputs that connect the equipment proposal with the workpiece, site and people responsible for the project.
- Representative drawings, local sections and weld information.
- Photos of fit-up, fixtures, loading and restricted access areas.
- Material, thickness, joint preparation and relevant acceptance requirements.
- Production mix and important variation between workpiece families.
- Site layout, utilities, access conditions and proposed loading method.
- Roles responsible for technical clarification, site preparation and commercial review.
- Questions about installation, training, remote assistance, spare parts and warranty for the proposal.
Project information sent to the website inquiry mailbox is routed to Honglu for manual review. Honglu’s engineering and commercial teams can then define the appropriate technical and support discussion without treating a general service description as a fixed commitment.
Project evaluation
Discuss the project support scope
Email the representative workpiece, drawing and purchasing context so Honglu can review the project-specific support questions.
The website inquiry mailbox receives and routes your message. Your inquiry will be reviewed by Honglu’s engineering and commercial teams. Project scope and commitments are confirmed in reviewed project documents and quotations.
