Do I need to buy before I can visit?
No. You are welcome to visit before you order. For a business visa we can issue an invitation letter once your order is signed or your deposit is paid.
Can I visit a plant other than Hefei?
Yes. Robots are working in plants of our group across China. Tell us where you will be and we suggest the most convenient plant.
Will someone meet me when I arrive?
Yes. We pick you up at the airport or high-speed rail station and take you back after the visit.
Can I try the robot myself?
Yes. On a visit you can operate a station with our engineers beside you, and see how quickly an operator learns it.
