Our welding robots are developed and manufactured within Honglu Steel Construction Group, listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (002541) since 2011 and one of China’s largest structural steel fabricators.
The robots we supply are the same type we use every day to weld beams, columns and brackets in our own production.

Founded in 2002 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (002541) since 2011.
Manufacturing bases include Hefei, Guoyang, Yingshang, Jinzhai, Xuancheng and Bengbu in Anhui Province, and Tuanfeng (Hubei), Nanchuan (Chongqing) and Ruyang (Henan).
The group is recognised as a National Manufacturing Single Champion for building structural steel components.

- Welding process library for structural steel: built-in welding procedures for common structural steel joints.
- Model-based and scan-based preparation: import STEP or IFC models, or use reverse modelling for suitable flat web plates with stiffeners.
- One operator, several stations: one operator can typically run 3–6 stations, depending on the parts.
- Quick to learn: operators become proficient in 1–5 days.
- Connected production: scan a QR code to load the part drawing; station status and welded length are recorded.
- Engineering and service team: more than 100 R&D and field service engineers support assessment, delivery, training and after-sales service.

Visit Our Factory — In Person or by Live Video
You are welcome to visit our main factory in Hefei, or other plants of our group across China, and see welding robots working in structural steel production. We pick you up at the airport or high-speed rail station.
